Saw mill

Always a vital part of mountain life, the saw mill provided money and building material to mountain residents.

I still have some old oak, walnut, and cedar that my grandfather kept when he took trees to the mill. He always kept some of the wood for his workshop. He was a masterful craftsman, building his home and man fine pieces of furniture.

Once again, the subjects identity is unknown by me. Identity by viewers is always appreciated. (Note the one gentleman is on crutches and has one leg missing. That might help identify him.)
